Each sub-question gets a short title and a free-form body. Use the body for Tension / Possible answers / Currently decided notes if the sub-question warrants them.

Model used per participant on this thread. Effort (where shown) controls reasoning depth for models that support it.
Every participant writes a blind opening turn (scope card only) before anyone responds. Default.
Locks a policy or principle.
Run a deep internet research pass before the first AI turn. All AIs receive the same synthesised report as shared context.
Let BYOK'd AIs search the live web mid-turn when they judge they need current information. Requires a Tavily key in Settings.
Enable MAINS Code to connect a GitHub repo. After a decision is made, one click sends it to OpenCode for implementation.
